History
Since its founding in 1921, Eisenbau Krämer GmbH has produced longitudinally welded steel pipes.
In the years after the war until 1963, four modern manufacturing facilities were built in our main factory in Kreuztal-Kredenbach for the production of thick-walled steel pipes in cold and hot bending processes.
By the early seventies, the world market rises, triggered by the development of new energy sources under water - and the need for large thick-walled tubes grows rapidly.
With an additional manufacturing facility in Recklinghausen, our company succeeds in meeting these new demands with modern production facilities.
Ours was the first German company to receive certification for longitudinally welded steel pipes according to ISO 9001.
Today we manufacture around 100,000 tons of steel pipes per year on approximately 180,000 m² of facility space and approximately 400 employees.
Quality is our trademark.
